Iliac artery aneurysm follow-up recommendations (from KPNW radiology and vascular surgery): -Maximum diameter < 2.5 cm: In the absence of a specific clinical concern, no imaging follow-up is recommended. -Maximum diameter 2.5 - 3.5 cm: annual ultrasound follow-up. -Maximum diameter > 3.5 cm: vascular surgery referral.
