- Lightning Bolt
- Extra compensation:
- Log shift in Lightning Bolt with "Create Fill"
- Assignment: EXTRA COMP
- Custom Time: 4 hours (make sure it doesn't overlap with a shift worked that day)
- Reason: 2 EXTRA CLINIC
- Location: Wherever it was worked (usually home)
