Only the native coronary arteries were included in the provided calcium score.

Studies investigated the utility of calcium score in patients post-CABG are limited. Progressions of native coronary arterial calcium post CABG is a known phenomenon. While Agatston scores >1000 and >2000 may be predictive of worse prognosis, this study is limited. In particular, calcium scoring should not be utilized in patients with coronary stents.
